Job summary

NWN is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Associate III in Plano, TX to perform essential warehouse tasks including unloading, receiving, stocking, and shipping. You will manage serialized bar codes, verify quantities, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced distribution center.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and proven warehouse experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are expected, with preferred certification

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proven warehouse experience.
• Two or more years of firsthand experience in related roles.
• Proficient computer skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions.
• Strong people skills, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to collaborate with others.
• Clear and effective communication with Transportation Carriers, Managers, Project Management, Purchasing, RMA, QA, Sr Leadership, and peers.
• Knowledge in RF bar coding and scanning preferred.
• Forklift experience with certification preferred (stand-up and sit-down).
• Order picker and pallet jack experience with certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks and receive shipments.
• Stock received deliveries in designated areas.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipping.
• Process ship orders and generate tracking information.
• Decrement inventory in the system.
• Coordinate with LTL and Freight Forwarders for large shipments or white-glove services.
