The role involves updating systems, tracking fleet activity, preparing dispatch documents, and resolving routine operational issues, with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Starting pay is $21.26 per hour with applicable shift differential, full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement for schedule adherence.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation.
• Review routine exceptions in deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability.
