Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a senior IT Warehouse System Support III responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining warehouse hardware, software, and connected systems.

You will troubleshoot complex issues beyond level 2 and guide the team while coordinating with stakeholders and third-party providers. Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, TTI offers security and compliance support, extensive training, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years IT System support experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficient in PC hardware, peripherals, scanners, printers, label printers

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues
• Enroll, image, deploy, and manage warehouse endpoints
• Resolve desktop, OS, and application issues
• Support AutoStore and other warehouse automation systems
• Provide advanced wired/wireless network support
• Deliver end-user technical and customer support
• Manage tickets and report trends in ServiceNow
• Maintain documentation and develop knowledge base articles
• Support security initiatives and audits
• Perform additional IT operations duties as needed
