Job summary

Digital Building Components, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to run warehouse operations in a prefabrication facility, including receiving, inventory control, distribution, shipping and storage. They will oversee material flow to support production schedules and project delivery requirements.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and project teams to maintain inventory accuracy, safety and efficiency, and

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing support experience.
• 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and shipping.
• Leads, coaches, and evaluates warehouse staff for productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and safety.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, stock rotation, and material tracking.
