Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution services in a fast-paced environment in Barnstable, MA. You will handle receiving, picking, staging, shipping, and inventory management, using RF devices and data entry to ensure accuracy.

You will verify shipments, inspect for discrepancies, stock shelves, assemble orders, and participate in physical inventories. Overtime and safety compliance required; sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and perform basic math in English.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance, maintain a clean work area, and use judgment in executing instructions.
• Preferred computer skills and certification for operating power equipment.
• Must be able to work overtime, participate in physical inventories, and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management
• Verifying merchandise against shipments, inspecting for discrepancies and defects
• Stocking shelves and using RF devices for inventory tasks
• Assembling orders, entering data into computer systems, and inspecting returned items
• Performing inventory counts, managing controlled substances, and operating motorized equipment
• Training new associates and performing related duties as assigned
