Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse-support role located in Mansfield, MA. The position offers daytime, Mon–Fri shifts with starting pay at $24.66/hr and potential up to $28.23/hr through incentives and bonuses.

Responsibilities include verifying transport details, updating systems, tracking shipments, and preparing dispatch documents to ensure accurate and timely operations. Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in related logistics fields.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.
• Ability to perform routine and moderately complex operational activities within procedures.
• Ability to analyze basic data and resolve issues; communicate with internal/external contacts.

• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.

• Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.
• Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.
• Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.
• Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.
• Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.

• This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
