Rivian Automotive seeks a Sr. Warehouse Associate to manage material handling, inbound/outbound, inventory, and repackaging. You will help maintain a safe, organized warehouse and contribute ideas for process improvements.

The role requires experience with forklifts and related equipment, and the shift runs 8:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Time, with potential overtime and weekend hours. This posting builds a candidate pipeline for future openings.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Experience in automotive warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Repackage materials to meet distribution requirements.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (e.g., stock chaser).
• Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate findings.
• Support safety, quality, and throughput improvements.
• Maintain proper use of equipment and standard work.
