Wesco is seeking a Senior Associate - Data Center Services to support data center infrastructure deployment, cabinet integration, rack assembly and hardware installation. You will work on project-based operations and ensure customer specifications are met.
The role requires hands-on assembly, use of hand tools, and coordination with project teams to meet timelines. The shift is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with potential to contribute to safety and quality standards.

As a Senior Associate - Data Center Services you will support advanced project-based operations focused on data center infrastructure deployment, cabinet integration, rack assembly, and hardware installation.
Compensation Details: $21.04 - $25.26 Per Hour
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
