Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking warehouse support to back our AmerisourceBergen distribution services. You will help ensure accurate product movement, quick order fulfillment, and strong inventory discipline.

Pay is $21 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Shifts: Sunday 1:00 PM until finish; Mon-Thu 4:00 PM until finish. A High School Diploma/GED is required and 3+ years in a related field is preferred, CSCP certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, or inventory control.
• CSCP certification preferred and helpful for process improvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Details

Support for Cencora’s distribution services in the United States operating through the AmerisourceBergen business.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
• Knowledge in shipment preparation, product handling, and storage condition requirements.
• Knowledge in warehouse documentation, record maintenance, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge in safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control practices.
• Ability to review and verify inventory, shipment, and operational data with accuracy.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve routine and moderately complex operational issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on shipment status, stock issues, and operational requirements.
• Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and variable workload demands.
• Ability to support process consistency and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
