Job summary

Wesco is hiring an experienced Senior Warehouse Associate at our Charlotte distribution facility. The role covers receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and light assembly to support efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include verifying receipts, organizing materials, packing and labeling for shipment, loading trucks, and assisting with QA inspections. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.

• Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into the system.
• Separate orders and place materials in proper locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment.
• Assist in loading trucks.
• Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables.
• Performs quality assurance inspections.

A Day in The Life of a Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, as well as housekeeping of other assigned areas. You may also be responsible for counter sales, cycle counting and related quality assurance activities.

• Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into system
• Separate orders and place materials in proper locations
• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment
• Assist in loading trucks
• Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables
• Performs special customer quality assurance inspections
