Job summary

MSD is seeking a Senior Warehouse / Packaging Technician at our Animal Health facility in De Soto, Kansas, near the Kansas City metro area. You will support packaging operations including bottle labeling, packaging, palletization, and cycle counting while ensuring daily production schedules and Good Documentation Practices.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, overtime as needed, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel; forklift operation and GMP

Qualifications

• Principled verbal and written communications to convey information across levels.
• Follow/comply with Manufacturing/Packaging Directions, SOPs and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrates basic time management to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates teamwork and initiative to support others on the team.
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging operations including seal bottle labeling, bottle packaging, palletization, process document completion, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices and accurate records throughout daily production.
• Support daily production scheduling and opportunities for process improvement.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack and assist with equipment setup and operation.
