Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC is seeking a Vulnerability Assessment Analyst to work onsite in Albuquerque, NM. You will perform risk and vulnerability evaluations, manage asset data, and collaborate with RMF and engineering teams to support secure mission operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in vulnerability management, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to document findings and remediation plans clearly.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in vulnerability management, risk assessment, vulnerability scanning and security control evaluation.
• Familiarity with federal compliance environments, Authorization to Operate (ATO) support and cybersecurity reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on remediation tracking and risk reduction.
• Ability to document findings, technical recommendations and risk impacts clearly.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical, operational and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and evaluate control effectiveness.
• Assist in risk assessment methodologies aligned with federal controls and agency standards.
• Manage vulnerability data, asset information and scanning results for reporting and RMF/ATO needs.
• Support continuous monitoring activities and security control validation.
• Coordinate with RMF, engineering and operations staff to remediate gaps.
• Contribute data toward metrics related to vulnerabilities and control effectiveness.
