Ministry Brands seeks a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering to guide strategy, architecture, and delivery across our SaaS platforms serving churches and ministries. You will report to the CTO and lead multiple teams, shaping the architecture, security, and reliability of our software while driving speed and business outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering leadership
Experience leading managers and senior leaders
Proven ability to execute technology strategy at scale

Responsibilities

Set engineering strategy and oversee architecture across products.
Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable software.
Define metrics and operating rhythms to improve delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success to align roadmaps.
