Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the customer sales team and sales manager, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability through a focused sales strategy.
• Identify target markets and customer opportunities, translating the growth plan into practical team priorities.
• Help advance significant opportunities through prospecting strategy, customer meetings, solution development, and negotiations.
• Partner with senior leadership on business planning, team development, market expansion, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Account Management and operational leadership to ensure smooth customer transitions and delivery on commitments.
• Strengthen recruiting, onboarding, training, and sales processes as the organization grows.
• Use pipeline, conversion, revenue, and margin data to improve execution and results.
