Qualifications

• 7+ years related security experience, with 3+ leading multi-site programs in the U.S.
• Experience administering IAM systems and access controls
• Financial services or mission-critical environment experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise IAM governance across BBVA CIB US
• Drive PAM program and ensure full alignment with governance
• Oversee SSO, MFA, and privileged account management
• Lead physical security strategy across NY, Houston, and Miami
• Coordinate with landlords, security vendors, and Incident Response
• Report to Risk Committees with KPIs and metrics
