Job summary

Raven Eye Consulting is sourcing for the San Francisco Film School to appoint a Vice President of Finance and Operations. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while guiding day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for growth and acquisitions.

The successful candidate will partner with the CEO/President, build a strong finance-operations team, and oversee audits, regulatory compliance, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years leading finance and operations with hands-on ownership.
• Experience building teams and improving operating systems through growth.
• Experience negotiating vendor/service agreements and working with a CEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and the financial models the leadership team uses to plan.
• Track revenue, profitability, cash flow, and department spending. When numbers drift, analyze and fix.
• Run the annual audit and keep regulatory reporting and compliance current.
• Set and maintain controls over cash, purchasing, and spending.
• Lead the financial side of due diligence for acquisitions and new sites.
• Advise the President and senior leaders on priorities and resource allocation.
