Job summary

Sunday Riley is seeking an experienced Senior Visual Merchandising Designer to lead 3D spatial concepts, fixture design and seasonal rollouts for our prestige beauty footprint, plus experiential pop-ups and trade events.

You will translate brand campaigns into compliant retail environments, from 3D renderings to prototype approvals, coordinating with Regulatory, Brand and Retail Ops to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in visual merchandising or retail display design.
• Proficient in 3D modeling/rendering and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of acrylic fabrication, LED lighting and materials.
• Experience with planogram rollouts and retailer guidelines.
• Strong vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related design field.

Responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings, elevations and mechanicals for fixtures.
• Design to retailer specifications for prestige partners (Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom).
• Create immersive activations, trade show booths and pop-ups from concept to fabrication.
• Oversee planograms, copy layouts and graphic update kits across seasons.
• Coordinate with fabrication vendors, print houses and QA teams.
• Establish VM guidelines and maintenance instructions for stores.
