Brand Knew in Los Angeles seeks a talented designer to join our design team. You will push creative across digital channels, partnering with paid media to optimize performance and iterate on assets, including motion graphics.

You will contribute to high-level design strategy, balance multiple tasks, and collaborate with marketing to drive campaign outcomes while exploring new design solutions and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency experience or equivalent.
• Experience designing for performance marketing and paid media.
• Broad portfolio across social, communications, and digital ad design with motion.
• Strong conceptual thinking and feedback incorporation.
• Familiar with design restrictions on social platforms.
• Awareness of emerging AI tools in design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with paid media teams to design and optimize performance-driven creative across digital channels.
• Develop and iterate ad creative based on performance data, platform best practices, and testing insights.
• Contribute to high-level design strategy and drive creative decisions.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Balance multiple design tasks concurrently.
• Collaborate with marketing to achieve campaign outcomes.
• Iterate on campaign build outs with design input.
• Research new design solutions and offerings.
• Produce assets for digital distribution including motion graphics.
