Antimetal is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to own how the company presents itself across all channels—from our brand system to the marketing site and campaigns. You will craft visuals that translate a technical product into clear, confident imagery and work closely with executives to set a high visual bar for the company.

The role focuses on scalable design systems, high-quality assets, and rapid iteration in a fast-moving startup environment. This in-person position is based in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating visual craft across brand systems, web design and campaigns.
• Strong command of typography, layout, color and composition with attention to detail.
• Experience designing for the web—marketing sites and landing pages that are both beautiful and effective.
• Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling visuals across digital and print.
• Comfort creating and shipping high volumes of assets in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Antimetal's visual identity across touchpoints with pixel-perfect consistency.
• Design and ship the marketing site and campaign pages from concept to production-ready visuals.
• Lead visuals for launches, announcements and campaigns with clear, confident imagery.
• Create social graphics, blog art, event assets and merch that people want to keep.
• Build scalable templates, guidelines and asset systems for fast, brand-safe output.
• Collaborate with marketing to take campaigns from idea to shipped with sharp critique.
• Coordinate with product design to maintain polish parity across branding and product.
