You will oversee sprint planning, reporting, and KPI tracking to ensure timely delivery of AI projects and productization workflows. The role requires a strong background in program management, Agile methods, and Jira/Confluence proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of end-to-end Program Management experience in a related role.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience guiding engineering teams on Jira and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product management to execute strategic roadmap.
• Plan sprints, standups, reviews, and retrospectives with the team.
• Provide program updates to leadership using Jira/Confluence dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and improve overall execution and deliverables.
• Support Vision AI development and productization workflows.
