• 7+ years steering general projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous Multitasking requests into shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Close the loop on every Las Cruces request you touch.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks.
• Respond to internal and external requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch.
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Process Improvement plan.
• Sense when a Las Cruces relationship needs a call, not an email.
