Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience creating compelling video content in a similar role (news, television, agency, corporate environment).
• Strong production skills including DSLR videography, audio recording and knowledge of various lighting techniques.
• Proven track record managing the video production process through development to promotion/distribution phases.
• Experience developing visual content for various social platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of video formats and best practices for web & digital application.
• Knowledge of copyright clearance, trademark, intellectual property licensing and fair use.
• Strong design aesthetic in composition, typography, and color usage.
• Very strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce, plan, film and edit original video content for internal and external platforms including intranet site and social media.
• Own projects from start to finish and develop topical content ideas and distribution strategies.
• Participate in meetings with senior business stakeholders to meet goals and manage stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Lead the content approval process, including sign-offs and releases, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Maintain video archives, legal and compliance documents and ADA compliance materials.
• Manage local vendor relationships and coordinate agency video projects.
• Assist with podcast production, including editorial, audio production, distribution.
• Consult with teams across the organization to provide video guidance for conferences and recruiting.
