Posture Interactive, LTD. is seeking a skilled Video Producer to own the end-to-end production process—from pre-production planning to on-set filming and post-production editing.

You will collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored video strategies that meet client goals and reinforce the Posture brand. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of video production experience, deep expertise with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to thrive in dynamic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and producing motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of design principles and adaptability across video styles.
• Proven experience in camera operation, lighting, set design, and audio capture.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute video production from concept through delivery, including pre-production planning, on-set filming, and post-production editing.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize video strategies and campaigns.
• Produce content across a range of styles aligned with client branding and goals.
• Stay current with video production technologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
• Create and edit motion graphics for various multimedia projects.
• Ensure high-quality production values, including audio, lighting, and set design.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.
• Provide proactive video solutions and ideas to clients.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client sites and events in the region.
