Paired is seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our full-time team. This remote role focuses on producing narrative-driven content across real estate, lifestyle, and YouTube formats, including long‑form videos, trailers, and short‑form cuts.

You will edit high-end YouTube content with pacing, refine voiceover structure, and deliver engaging edits within deadlines, while collaborating to maintain our editorial style and brand voice. Experience with structured workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to work remotely via Parsec and operate Apple Studio systems.
• Strong storytelling instincts and narrative development skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube content with strong pacing and audience retention in mind.
• Develop and refine voiceover structure and narrative flow.
• Create engaging trailers and short-form cuts from long-form content.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and elevate a consistent editorial style.
• Deliver high-quality edits efficiently within deadlines.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables in an organized manner.
