Job summary

The Los Angeles Rams are seeking an experienced Video Editor to craft engaging stories for our digital and social platforms, collaborating with Rams Studios to deliver high-energy content for fans and partners. You will edit game footage, community appearances, and press conferences, tailoring cuts for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X while keeping the Rams voice at the forefront.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as game schedules require and a passion for NFL

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of video editing experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Productions workflow.
• Experience color grading (DaVinci Resolve a plus).
• Experience in multi-cam editing for sports.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and sound design.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• In-stadium and social platform edits.
• Proactive, deadline-driven, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Rams Studios to develop a slate of video content.
• Tailor edits for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X.
• Edit footage from games, community events, and press conferences.
• Shape narrative and emotional impact through editing.
• Create long-form episodic series and short-form content.
• Stay ahead of editing trends and platform best practices.
• Be available on game days for editing and post-production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on campaign briefs.
• Log Rams footage with accurate formatting in Premiere.
