Job summary

Syneos Health Communications' BoldSky Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead post-production, elevate storytelling, and apply AI-driven editing to multi‑platform campaigns. You will collaborate with producers and the Post Production Lead to deliver high-quality edits with color, sound, motion graphics, and smooth pacing while upholding brand standards.

Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality edits across documentary, scripted, commercial, and social-first formats.
• Deliver polished final assets including color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics, and finishing.
• Edit content for multi-platform distribution including broadcast, digital, and social ecosystems.
• Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder.
• Execute music selection, sound design, and audio editing with attention to tone, pacing, and emotion.
• AI-assisted rough cuts, smart reframes, and automatic audio cleanup.
• AI-based color workflows, noise reduction, and image/video enhancement.
• Voice isolation, transcription, captioning, and dialogue generation using AI tools.
• Interpret briefs, provide editorial solutions, and offer narrative recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and clients through editorial process.
• Provide clear feedback on scripts, shot lists, and concepts.
• Demonstrate storytelling with pacing, continuity, emotion, and cohesion.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to studio workflows.
