Job summary

Guardant Health seeks a Senior Video & Content Production Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of multimedia content that advances our mission and amplifies executive thought leadership. This role combines strategy, production, and creative leadership to deliver high-quality content across corporate and social channels.

You will partner with Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and leadership to identify stories, manage production from concept

Qualifications

• Typically bachelor’s with ~12+ years (or 8+ with master’s / 5+ with PhD / 3+ with PharmD/MD).
• Experience producing short-form and long-form video content from concept through final delivery.
• Experience creating executive thought leadership, corporate storytelling, social media, and brand content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of short-form and long-form video content across corporate, executive, social, digital, and external communications channels.
• Identify compelling stories and transform them into engaging multimedia content that supports Guardant Health's priorities.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, scripts, and production plans for various content initiatives.
• Produce content including: executive thought leadership videos, impact stories, product features, conference coverage, external communications videos, and brand storytelling.
• Manage and direct external production agencies and freelancers to scale content for larger initiatives.
• Build scalable production workflows balancing in-house content with agency support.
