• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the health and lifestyle industries
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
• Develop comprehensive PR strategies tailored to client objectives
• Oversee implementation of PR campaigns, media relations, and crisis communications
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of PR professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with key health and lifestyle media contacts
• Position clients as industry thought leaders through strategic content and speaking opportunities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Own account management rhythm including weekly business reviews and risk identification
• Drive practice-level retention and monthly MRR expansion
• Build productized healthcare service offerings leveraging the Interviewed platform
• Win new healthcare clients in biotech, pharma, medical devices, and digital health

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in public relations with a focus on healthcare and lifestyle
• Proven track record of managing PR campaigns with measurable media results
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive network of media contacts in healthcare and lifestyle sectors
• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
• Experience with FDA, regulatory communications, biotech, pharma, or medical devices
• Ability to manage gross and net revenue retention KPIs
• Comfort with AI-driven workflows and data-disciplined approaches
