Job summary

Cella in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Designer specializing in VFX and Generative AI to join our in-house Creative Studio Production team. You will craft production-ready visuals for product, lifestyle, social, web, and campaigns with authentic lighting, color grading, and composited imagery.

Lead GenAI-driven workflows using Weave, Gemini, and ComfyUI while collaborating with VFX, post-production, and art directors to scale pipelines responsibly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a design role within a commercial post-facility, VFX studio, ad agency, or in-house creative studio (7+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and photography fundamentals.
• Hands-on GenAI expertise at production scale, with prompt engineering and node-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce production-ready visual assets across campaigns and e-commerce channels.
• Develop GenAI workflows and pipelines using tools like Weave, Gemini, and ComfyUI.
• Collaborate with VFX, post-production, and art directors on assets, renders, and handoffs.
• Experiment with new GenAI models and tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
