UrgentVet Hospitals in Canton is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Senior Veterinary Assistants to support patient care, team leadership, and client service in a fast-paced urgent care clinic. The role emphasizes on-site presence and collaboration with clinical teams in a paperless environment.

Ideal candidates have animal handling experience, phlebotomy and lab skills, and are able to lift 40 lbs. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected; on-site training and growth

Qualifications

• Animal handling including restraint, sample collection, and monitoring.
• Clinical skills: phlebotomy, catheter placement, lab analysis, drug calculation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on-site in a fast-paced hospital setting.
