Job summary

Small Door is seeking a licensed DVM with 4+ years of veterinary experience to join our expanding network in the Northeast. You will deliver high-quality medicine and exceptional client care, with 30-60 minute appointments and a supportive team, in a modern, compassionate practice.

We offer competitive compensation ($140,000 - $190,000 base) with a 10-15% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

What you'll do

Who you are

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent with an active license, and 4+ years of experience in the field

• Professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communicator, and a positive, can-do attitude

• Committed to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the code of ethics

• Enjoys GP medicine, relationship-building, and strongly values the importance of client education and preventative medicine
