The position involves developing V&V protocols, leading method development, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver timely, high-quality results. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in V&V are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge.
• At least 4 years with verification or validation testing.
• Experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
• Experience evaluating information for compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Experience with design controls, risk assessment, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, author, and execute verification and validation protocols.
• Issue reports for regulatory audits, submissions and requests.
• Document steps and measurements across V&V lifecycle.
• Analyze test results and contribute to design and failure investigations.
• Determine root causes of defects, safety risks, and performance problems.
• Provide risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Lead test method development including fixture design and validation.
• Collaborate with design teams to derive product requirements.
• Lead process improvements, investigations, and data trending in the lab.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead small project teams.
