Job summary

VC Stack is seeking a full-time, experienced Investor for our Castor Ventures fund family, focused on the MIT community. This role is primarily focused on deal-sourcing, investing, and portfolio management.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with portfolio companies and fellow venture investors, while sourcing high-quality investments. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work at least 4 days per week, with a salary range of $150,000-200,000 plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of venture capital experience is required.
• 5-10 years of overall work experience is expected.
• Engineering, technology, and start-up background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential deal opportunities that align with AV’s investment mandate.
• Develop investment memos and execute Investment Committee processes.
• Assist in monitoring existing investments and support founders in the portfolio.
