Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Manager, Vendor Data Quality Analyst to lead the governance and improvement of vendor data quality across the lifecycle. You will work with business and technology partners to design controls, monitor data health, and drive remediation initiatives at scale.

The role requires strong data governance, SQL, and ERP experience, with a focus on collaboration, ownership, and delivering measurable value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality programs, scorecards, controls, and remediation processes.
• Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management, vendor onboarding, sourcing, contracting, and third-party risk management.
• Experience implementing data quality programs, scorecards, measurements, controls, and remediation processes.
• Experience working with ERP, procurement, and supplier management platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
• Advanced SQL skills and analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement vendor data governance standards and drive data quality improvements across the vendor lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop controls and monitor data health.
• Identify root causes of data issues and lead remediation initiatives.
• Partner with Vendor Management, Risk, Finance, Procurement, and Technology to resolve data issues and improve upstream processes.
• Promote data governance frameworks, stewardship practices, and data management principles.
