Job summary

Reddick Brown Ford is seeking a Lead Detailer to maintain and restore the interior and exterior of our vehicles. Duties include washing, waxing, vacuuming, polishing and using protective products to preserve appearance.

You will assist the Service Manager to ensure processes are followed, vehicles are completed on time, and the lot remains clean and organized. Join a team that values service to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Prior professional detail shop experience.
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
• Hardworking personality with leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish and detail vehicles for inventory.
• Inspect finished products for highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on customer requirements.
• Maintain service tools and equipment.
• Report damage to supervising manager promptly.
• Coordinate work with team members.
• Maintain high standards of service for the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
