Qualifications

• Strong documentation and model management skills.

Responsibilities

• BIM Development & Coordination: create and refine 3D electrical models in Revit; resolve clashes with Navisworks.
• Design Support & Documentation: produce drawings and BOMs from BIM models for procurement and construction.
• Project Management & Coordination: lead BIM coordination meetings and manage deliverables to deadlines.
• Software & Process Optimization: improve workflows and mentor Designers 1 & 2 in BIM practices.
