Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Principals and Managing Directors throughout the investment process from sourcing deals to screening, due diligence and writing memos for the Investment Committee
• Synchronize investment strategy by regularly communicating with our dedicated Business Development team
• Develop thesis, investment memos, and financial models for investment opportunities
• Actively network with top‑tier VCs and CVCs to source premium deals
• Participate in financial, market, and technical due diligence
• Foster synergistic relationship between LG Group and local venture ecosystem

Desired Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant discipline (finance, science, engineering)
• Master’s degree in Engineering / STEM or MBA preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years of substantive work experience from a major consulting firm, technology company, investment bank. Experience in an investment firm or venture capital firm preferred but not required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently and as part of a team in a tight timeline
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Hybrid work environment (minimum 3 days a week in office). Salary Range: $120-160K base, plus performance bonuses. Salary varies based on experience.
