The Role

You\'ll work closely with the partners to supercharge our pipeline and win the best deals. This includes:

• Sourcing - Hunt down the best founders before everyone else sees them. Build creative sourcing strategies that give us an edge.
• Evaluating - Deep dive on markets, models, and metrics. Develop sharp theses on where markets are going and drive analysis that makes investment decisions.
• Networking - Build relationships with founders and ecosystem players that lead to deal flow and trust.
• Supporting - Work with portfolio companies on the problems that matter—GTM, hiring, strategy.
