MarinHealth seeks a seasoned Vascular Technologist to serve as senior clinical and operational lead for the vascular laboratory. You will maintain an active patient-care role while directing technologists across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality studies, patient safety, and efficient resource use.

With RVT credentialing required and extensive vascular ultrasound expertise, you will collaborate with department leadership and the Medical Director to implement standards and drive improvements

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a related health-science field or accredited diagnostic medical sonography program required; credentialing requirements.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible vascular ultrasound experience.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through ARDMS required at time of hire.
• Expert knowledge of vascular anatomy, hemodynamics, vascular disease, testing protocols, image optimization, and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate daily assignments, cross-site coverage, and provide coaching/precepting as needed.

• Performs essential clinical duties of a Vascular Technologist with expert competency.
• Provides day-to-day functional direction to technologists and coordinates assignments across sites.
• Leads technical quality assurance, accreditation readiness, and performance-improvement activities.
• Acts as primary technical resource for ultrasound equipment, reporting systems, and workflow issues.
• Supports deployment of new services, technology, and protocols in partnership with leadership.
