Responsibilities

• Grow Value Creation offerings through thought leadership and market expansion.
• Develop and execute client development strategies within Value Creation.
• Oversee multiple engagements with strong delivery leadership and project management.
• Drive growth within core client accounts and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; support training and up-skilling.
• Lead and support business development activities, including proposals, budgets, and client meetings.
