Job summary

Performance Validation, Inc (PV) is seeking a full-time Level 2/3 Validation Engineer to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will develop qualification deliverables, execute test protocols, and support multiple projects with 30-50% travel to client sites.

Qualified candidates have a BS/BA in a related field with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical validation; engineering degrees preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience related to pharmaceutical validation.
• Engineering degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of technical, quality, and scientific principles to meet requirements.
• Work in a team environment to meet objectives with established timelines.
• Create verification/qualification deliverables (IQ/OQ/PQ, specs, reports).
• Execute test protocols and resolve non-conformances/deviations.
• Track and manage change control activities across projects.
