Job summary

The Validation Engineer at Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group will provide scientific and technical support for product launches, technology transfers, and new technology introductions at the FDBT site, executing validation lifecycle activities (CD, CQ, PQ, PR) and collaborating with cross‑functional teams, with focus on right‑first‑time execution and regulatory compliance.

This on-site role requires 7+ years in life sciences validation, proficiency with Kneat, CSV, and validation documentation,

Qualifications

• 7+ years validation experience in life sciences.
• On-site role; remote work is not permitted.
• Experience creating full validation lifecycle documentation (URS, FRS, DS, validation protocols).
• Strong understanding of validation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate technical issues.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and timelines for IQ/OQ/PQ/RQP.
• Working knowledge of CSV.
• Support implementation of new process technologies.
• Ownership of vendor validation activities and reports.
• Coordinate and execute sample collection and data retrieval.
• Excellent technical writing for SOP creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide validation support for product launches and tech transfers.
• Execute CD, CQ, PQ, and PR activities.
• Coordinate vendor validation activities and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Prepare final validation reports and summaries.
• Create SOPs and maintain documentation.
• Mentor junior team members.
