Job summary

CACI seeks a UxS/C-UxS Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver curriculum for JIATF401 and C-UxS/C-sUAS training operations, enhancing UxS use for US and coalition forces.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, senior-level coordination with Government stakeholders, and deployment to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including conflict zones, to disseminate threat information and train personnel.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years (AA/AS 8+ yrs; HS/GED 10+ yrs).
• Experience with instructional systems design (ISD) and ADDIE.
• Ability to apply MDMP at senior level in planning and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, lead, manage and maintain training curricula, POIs, lesson plans, aids, and materials for JIATF401 and C-UxS/C-sUAS training.
• Design training content for classroom, hands-on, and computer-based delivery.
• Lead task/skill analyses, training needs assessments, and gap analyses.
• Revise materials based on updates, feedback, and government direction.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders on validation of training materials.
• Deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including conflict zones, to train personnel.
