Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Senior UX Visual Designer to shape the visual language of a leading marketing intelligence platform. You’ll translate complex data into elegant interfaces, collaborating with SMEs, product, data science, and engineering to ship polished visuals.

This hands-on role reports to our Chief Product and Design Officer and focuses on creating rich data visualizations, building a scalable design system, and enabling AI-powered features across web, mobile, and email integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise environments.
• A visually outstanding portfolio demonstrating typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
• Experience with complex, data-dense interfaces and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Take initial concepts from SMEs and product teams and develop them into high-fidelity design.
• Raise the visual bar across the platform with typography, color, layout, and density.
• Build and extend a scalable design system to enable growth across screens.
• Design data visualizations that render complex numbers clearly and accessibly.
• Present work to customers and executives and incorporate critique constructively.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing to maintain a coherent visual identity.
