Oura is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join the Design Research team within the Human Care mission. You will champion the user voice at the intersection of consumer experience and healthcare, partnering with product managers, designers, and clinical scientists to shape solutions with care for patients and members.
This is a hybrid-remote role with in-person time at the San Francisco office. You will lead studies, translate findings into product decisions, and help surface clinical-grade data
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our Design Research team, embedded in the Human Care mission. Human Care is where Oura expands beyond tracking into territory with real clinical stakes — products that help members understand and act on their health, connect to care when they need it, and generate evidence that Oura can drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role, you will represent the voice of the user for a mission that sits at the intersection of consumer experience and healthcare. You'll uncover the deep user insights that shape how we build — partnering closely with product managers, designers, and clinical scientists to ensure we're solving the right problems in the right ways with deep appreciation for the nuance and care our members require.
This is a hybrid-remote role, with the expectation to work from our San Francisco offices at least half-time.

These ranges may be modified in the future.
We are not considering candidates residing in the following states: Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Nebraska (NE), Oklahoma (OK), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Vermont (VT), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI)

We will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on any of these characteristics.
We will work to ensure individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
