What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote the value of UX Research through various tools and processes
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to gather research participants and share insights
- Collect and analyze user needs and behaviors via qualitative research methods
- Create personas, user journeys, and flows to communicate user understanding to product teams
- Share research findings and recommendations through documentation and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in anthropology, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in user experience, product design research, or related fields
- Knowledge of or experience within the payments industry
- Proficiency in research design using various methods, including usability studies and surveys
- Experience with remote research tools such as User Interviews and UserTesting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience within user experience or product design research
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Pendo
