Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting in Seattle is seeking a User Experience Designer focused on visual design to deliver polished product assets and marketing materials. You will apply visual design frameworks, collaborate with engineers and product managers, and contribute to branding across surfaces and platforms.

You will create thoughtful design proposals, leverage design systems, and communicate design rationale clearly.

Qualifications

A degree in UX Design, Visual Design, or Visual Communications.
Expertise in Figma and/or other design tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing visual design expertise and understanding of visual and interaction design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intent.
Use data and metrics to evaluate product impact and user trends.
Drive UX improvements from testing and stakeholder input.
