Job summary

Newmark seeks a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience strategy for our real estate technology platform. You will drive research, define flows, prototypes, and collaborate across product and engineering to ensure usable, impactful solutions.

You will mentor junior designers, influence design systems, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering high-quality, user-centered experiences across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 7+ years of UX design experience with leading complex projects.
• Expertise in Figma for high fidelity design, prototyping, and handoff.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design and successful projects.
• Experience with design systems and contributing to their development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities to improve workflows.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Lead concept development and prototyping sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Execute usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Grow and maintain a cohesive design system across platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Stay updated with UX industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and foster continuous learning.
