We are seeking a UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to ideate, wireframe, and prototype engaging user experiences for digital products. Proficiency in Balsamiq or Axure is required, with a track record of working with clients to translate

Qualifications

• Three or more years of UX design experience.
• Experience designing complex solutions for mobile apps.
• Expertise in UX software such as Balsamiq and Axure.
• Experience designing Banking/Retail applications is preferred.
• Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and design innovative solutions using UX guidelines.
• Work with a design team and be open to critique.
• Sketch ideas and assist with storyboard creation.
• Proactively identify opportunities and deliver improvements; follow agile methodology.
• Research, wireframe, sketch, prototype, and mock up user experiences for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mockups for multiple devices.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups for intuitive experiences.
• Iterate designs rapidly and communicate processes clearly.
