Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience with ownership of complex digital products or services.
• Portfolio demonstrating advanced UX craft, strong product thinking, and clear problem framing.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns across channels.
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research and synthesizing findings into design recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX strategy and execution across cross-functional initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous user needs and business goals into clear experience strategies.
• Define design patterns and frameworks for new contexts.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to simplify complexity.
• Partner on user research and usability testing; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, brand teams, and sustainability experts.
• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Facilitate reviews and decision-making to move teams toward shared direction.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and accessibility.
• Advocate for responsible design that reflects Patagonia values.
